General

  • Rewrote the code that displays the floating text tags for lifesteal
    • This should result in a downstream bug fix when melee characters do not display a floating text tag for lifesteal, even though the effect occurred “underneath the hood”
  • Updated Retrain Strength, Retrain Agility, and Retrain Intelligence to be in the same style as Retrain all Strength attribute points, Retrain all Agility attribute points, and Retrain all Intelligence attribute points.
  • The source code of the underlying damage detection engine has been updated
  • If a unit’s base Resist changes and it is selected: It is now updated on the UI
  • The tracking of affected units for Maelstrom (Druid), Death Wave (Warlock), Wall of Roots (Druid), Winds of War (Warlord), and Freezing Field (Magician) has been updated to a recycling implementation
    • This may result in a downstream bug fix for where these spells can fail after an unspecified amount of gametime
  • The “affected” FX of Hallowed Ground (Cleric) and Soothing Presence (Druid) now only renders once per unit

Bug Fixes

  • Gift of Poseidon (Metalsmith Zoticus) can now be forged at the intended level of 120 (instead of 135)
  • Rebate (Cleric) now correctly procs for Books of Skill Increase - Level 7 (Books)
  • The Furies (Frozen Citadel) no longer reset after they are slain
  • Hallowed Ground’s (Cleric) dummy unit now has the Ancient unit classification. This prevents a rare bug where it (the dummy unit) teleports with you via Scroll of Town Portal
  • Doodad placement has been successfully converted back to how it was in 1.39c3
  • Item restrictions now use a 0 second timer trick to drop items.
  • The attribute points granted upon levelling up now correctly account for the current number of unused attribute points
